"Updated review: I have been trying to get a return phone call from Brad for over a year. I responded to an automated text message stating that he hasn't called me back. I then got a phone call from Ashley saying that I'm not allowed to talk to Brad because he's busy. Horrible customer service when you think you have a local, real person to help you."

"Where to begin. Olympia was super helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows the field. My boyfriend and I had some questions about PIP insurance and full coverage. Come to find out it doesn’t mean the same to the banks as it did to us. Our time was cut short, but she made us feel very comfortable and she was extremely understanding. "Prices go up every renewal with no claims"
"Lance, I have no control over what rates are doing. Those are decisions that happen far above my authority. Nationwide they have increased 18% over the past year regardless of company. Give us a call tomorrow and we will go through every policy to make sure you are getting every discount you are eligible for. I can also look into contributing factors for the rate increase. Without even looking, I know where I could save you up to 17% immediately.
